Religious people often ask about atheism core beliefs. The fact is that there are no atheist core beliefs because atheism isn't a belief system, it's just the lack of belief in a god or gods. If we said that we don't believe in space monsters, religious people wouldn't ask us what our belief system is, they would just understand we don't believe in space monsters. The same is true for gods, we don't believe there are any because we haven't been presented any scientifically reliable evidence to change our minds, just like space monsters.
